The ISU-152 was a Soviet self-propelled gun developed and used during World War II and continued to be used postwar until the 1970s. Developed to provide the Red Army with a heavy self-propelled assault gun to support infantry and armor in the attack.

Kit has detailed exterior surfaces, single piece lower hull, upper hull with turret, hinged hatches, optional injection molded or metal main gun barrel, DShK anti-aircraft machine gun with ammo box, cylindrical fuel tanks, running gear (sprockets, idlers, road wheels, individual track links), filigree hand rails, braided wire tow cable, photoetch (engine grilles, lights, mantlet and other exterior accents).
