The BMR-3 was a mine clearing vehicle was developed as a private venture, proposed replacement for the current Russian Army BMR-2. Based on T-72 tank chassis and fitted with KMT-7 mine roller and plow device.

Kit consists of over 1000 parts, single piece lower hull, belly armor, upper hull with separate turret, 12.7-mm machine gun and assemblies, hinged hatches, brass wire tow cables, KTM-7 mine rollers, chain, plow device, trenching log, cylindrical fuel drums, smoke grenade dischargers, transparent (lights, vision ports), photoetch (grilles, brackets, latches and other accents), running gear (road wheels, idlers, sprockets, polycaps, Individual track links).
