Vallejo Pigment Binder is used to lock pigments on to your model either directly during application, or after via airbrush. Simply mix pigment into the binder before application and then rub onto your surface with a brush, or apply your pigments directly (dry) and then airbrush the binder over the entire surface to lock the pigment in place.
