The Mikoyan MiG-31 is a supersonic interceptor aircraft developed for use by the Soviet Air Forces. The aircraft was designed by the Mikoyan design bureau as a replacement for the earlier MiG-25 'Foxbat'; the MiG-31 is based on and shares design elements with the MiG-25.
Kit features engraved panel lines, well appointed tandem cockpit, optional (canopy and speed brakes), landing lights, separately molded trailing edge slats and flaps, detailed (engines and exhaust with turbine and afterburner elements), detailed wheel wells and optional undercarriage, external stores (R-77 (x2), R-73E (x2), R-33 (x4), R-40R (x2), R-40T (x2), fuel tank (x2) and launch rails.
Decals and 4-view color reference for 2 USSR Russian aircraft: 74 Blue and 34 Red
