The Polikarpov Po-2 (also U-2) served as a general-purpose Soviet biplane, nicknamed Kukuruznik for maize; thus, 'maize duster' or 'crop duster', NATO reporting name 'Mule'. Kit has engraved panel lines, raised rivets, subtle fabric-over-frame effects, well appointed tandem cockpits, multi-part 5-cylinder radial engine, separately molded rudder, ski undercarriage, injection-molded windscreens. Decals and painting reference for 2 Soviet aircraft: Finland December 1939 and Russia Winter 1942 - includes instrument panels.
