"PIGMENT FIXER", Matt Enamel Fluid. A new enamel fixer to adhere pigments in an effective way to models. Shake well before use and gently apply with a brush over the pigments leaving it to expand using capillary action. Once dry, the pigment stays unaltered but has solidified on the surface.
