Bismarck was the first of two Bismarck-class battleships built for Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine. Work was completed in August 1940, when she was commissioned into the German fleet.
Kit contains over 1200 parts, deck with plank texture, detailed superstructure, detailed bridge, radar and antenna, individual deck fittings, full weapon's array, ships boats, ships crane, aircraft (Ar196 x2) and catapult, photoetch (railings, inclined and vertical ladders, superstructure, radar, light louvers, crane, reels and pulleys, armament, anchor chain and additional fine accents), display stand and name plate.
Completed model is approximately 27.5" long. Decals and markings representing flight deck markings, hull markings, jack, ensign and aircraft insignia.
