ZAP GEL a gap filling formula, it will fill open pockets in porous woods and materials with one application. To speed the cure time ZIP KICKER may be sprayed on the joint after the glue has been applied. When forming a fillet or filling a large gap spray ZIP KICKER directly on the glue, it will start to harden immediately first forming a hard outer shell with the inside curing at a slower rate creating an extremely strong bond. When using on fiberglass cloth or fabric spread it across the material with an old playing card, business card, or a soft plastic spreader. The curing time will vary depending on the thickness of the glue. When spread out thinly it will cure much faster than a thick bead. For critical applications test sample joints for designed strength requirements.
