In its extremely wide variety of models, the Suzuki Jimny has been offroading since the 1970s. Originally equipped with extremely small engines, the power of the type has grown considerably while the bodies have stayed similar. By the JA11 version, the Jimny had matured into a full-fledged off-roader with a robust engine, quality construction, and a body style that hearkened back to the originals while conveying modern appeal.
