The Northrop P-61 Black Widow, named for the American spider, was the first operational U.S. warplane designed as a night fighter, and the first aircraft designed to use radar.
Kit has engraved panel lines, detailed fuselage interior sections (including pilot's cockpit, gunner's station and aft radar operator's cabin), twin-row radial engines, single piece cowlings, filigree antennae, single piece propellers with spinner, separate ailerons, detailed wheel wells and optional undercarriage, M2 Browning machine guns, bombs and rockets, transparent canopy's and other glazing's and photoetch.
