The Gloster Gladiator was a British-built biplane fighter. Version powered by a single Bristol Mercury VIIIA air-cooled radial piston engine. The aircraft was designated J 8A in Swedish Air Force service. Delivered 1938-39, 270 built. Kit has engraved panel lines and appropriate fabric-over-frame effects, well-appointed cockpit with seated pilot, radial engine, separately molded rudder, choice of wheels with weighted or unweighted tires and skies, choice of 1-piece closed or 2-piece open canopy.
