Plastic model tank of the Tiger I, a German heavy tank of World War II deployed from 1942 in Africa and Europe, usually in independent heavy tank battalions. Its final designation was Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger Ausf. E often shortened to Tiger. Today, only about seven Tiger Is survive in museums and private collections worldwide.
Kit can be built as Commander vehicle or Standard late production, has single-piece lower hull, multi-part upper hull, multi-part main gun barrel and assemblies, separate turret with 7.92 mm MG and assemblies, drivers ball mounted 7.92mm MG, hinged hatches, separate on-vehicle tools and equipment, rear hull armor plate with exhaust, injection molded tow cables, brass wire tow cables, transparent (turret ring and vision ports), photoetch (engine grilles, antennas, Zimmerit applicator, brackets, latches and other exterior), running gear (road wheels, sprockets, idlers, individual track links plus spares).
