Rugged Curtiss WWII fighter and attack aircraft, Allison-engined variant evolved from the lightened 'L' and fit with lengthened aft fuselage as exported for Commonwealth service. Features engraved panel lines, well appointed cockpit, detailed landing gear and main wheel bays, single-piece 3-blade propeller with separate spinner, chin radiator/oil cooler bulkheads, choice of open or closed cowl flaps, drop tank with sway braces and injection-molded canopy (one-piece windscreen/canopy and individual rearview glazings).
