The English Electric Lightning first entered service with the Royal Air Force in 1962. Many experts consider the F.6 variant to be the definitive version. One of the fastest interceptors of the Cold War era, the Lightning was retired by the R.A.F. in 1988. This limited edition kit combo features two English Electric Lightning F Mk.6 kits.
