The Ju 188 was a longer range, increased payload version of the Ju 88. It was ready for action in 1944-at roughly the exact same time that Germany no longer needed long range bombers and was desperately in need of fighters. Failing fortunes of war saw the "F" variant of the Ju 188 become a reconnaissance aircraft and the Ju 188 in general pushed into roles it was not designed for. Limited edition kit features camera window and drop tanks parts plus decals for two versions.
