The "People's" sixties standby
The Chengdu J-7 was developed out of the failed collaboration between China and the Soviet Union on production of the MiG-21. Like the MiG-21, it was an effective weapon for its era and was produced in large enough numbers to be a severe threat. Continuous improvements to the aircraft's equipment and performance since the aircraft's introduction in 1966 have resulted in an aircraft that is still highly capable today. This limited edition kit combo features decals for two Chinese Air Force J-7 fighters.
