"The Dornier Do 17, sometimes referred to as the Fliegender Bleistift "flying pencil" was a World War II German light bomber produced by Claudius Dornier's company, Dornier Flugzeugwerke. The Dornier Do 17Z series was the most recognized and mass-produced variant, and saw more combat service than the E-U types. Kit features engraved surface details, detailed cockpit and gunner station interior, DB 601A engines, one-piece 3 blade propellers with separately molded spinners, IR searchlight (Spanner-Anlage), 7.92mm MG 17 machine guns and 20mm MG FF, detailed undercarriage with option, optional open bay door with internal detail and injection molded canopies.
