Japan's legendary torpedo bomber
The Nakajima B5N, introduced in 1937, was a nimble high-performance aircraft. It was first used during the Sino-Japanese War as a land-based bomber, then expanded into carrier-based missions during WWII. It sank the Arizona and inflicted critical damage on several other crafts at Pearl Harbor. Its Type 91 "Thunder Fish" torpedoes also sank the Yorktown, Lexington and Hornet aircraft carriers. This limited edition kit features three marking options: I.J.N. 12th N.F.G. Codes: S-391(1937) and 3-356 Hokoku 268, plus Carrier Kaga Code: Ni-301.
