Svelte but durable WWI German fighter kit with optional parts to build your choice of 3 versions - historical, Literary as described in the 'Blue Max' novel or as seen in the movie based on the book.

Features full cockpit interior, Mercedes D.III engine, and accurate exterior with subtle fabric-over-frame effects - plastic is ex-Roden. Also includes extensive resin upgrades and conversion parts - additional cockpit instruments, machine gun receivers and muzzles, ammunition magazine, upper engine fairings and engine cylinder banks (Mercedes and modified Gipsy Major); figures of Leutnant Stachel and the Grafin von Klugermann; and photo-etch parts (interior, exterior and gun details).

  • Pfalz D.III flown by Ltn. Bruno Stachel as depicted in the feature film (includes cinematic 7-color lozenge camouflage)
