The regular field artillery in the Swedish army was established by Gustav II Adolf. However, up to the time of power of the Charles XII mobility of the Swedish army has become so high that in the vast expanses of Poland and Russia artillery had been fallen behind even infantry regiments. Nevertheless it was not an obstacle for courageous and resolute Charles XII: he had preferred to win a battle by means of swift cavalry attack or fierce bayonet attack. However, several Swedish artillery guns had been used during the battle of Poltava.

Contains 5 cannon, one caisson and 32 soldiers.
